Aramark is hiring a Head of Data Management & Analytics, shaping and governing the data that supports our cross-border supply chain and purchasing activities in Europe.

This is a hands-on data management role, applying your knowledge of modern data methods to help us to work efficiently. Your pragmatic approach will help us to deliver a new common supply chain platform for Europe. You will provide the KPIs and insights that empower our decision makers and internal customers, playing a key role in maximising value for all stakeholders.

Early deliverables
- Building upon the data strategy for European supply chain
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and our software development partner to deliver the new data acquisition and coding solution
- Play a major role on project team for forthcoming rebate management project.
- Capturing insights and patterns within large data sets
- Review of BI and analytics methods and tooling
- Collaborating with country managers to unify data standards across multiple jurisdictions
We're looking for
- Someone ready to shape and run an insightful data function; your job title will be European Group Purchasing Systems Director
- Demonstrable data architecture and data management skills - ideally accrued in a sector such as; supply chain, procurement, retail, food services, hospitality, FMCG, ERP etc.
- Someone who values others, and is ready to inspire, manage and grow a multi-skilled team
- A clear vision, and ability to translate between commercial and technical drivers
- Strong knowledge of modern practice across data governance, data management, business intelligence, analytics and data quality
- Commercial awareness, balancing the needs of the customer, Aramark and your resources
- Considering Head of Data Management and Analytics jobs in Surrey such as: Head of Business Intelligence | Director of Analytics | Director of Data Management | Director of Business Analytics | Director of Business Intelligence | Head of BI | Insights Director | Business Intelligence Manager etc.

Salary and benefits
- £75,000 - £80,000

Location: Elstead, Surrey. Commutable from Basingstoke, Crawley, Farnborough, Farnham, Guildford. Some UK and international travel anticipated (usually with good notice and flexibility).
