Your challenge:
Looking for a multi skilled role where you can lead on data migration and evolve the function?
Your role:
This is an important role in our professional services team, migrating customer data to the applications which power the transport websites, journey planning services and real time information that millions of people use in their daily travels.
Supported by colleagues in project management, customer care and data processing, you will own the process of taking raw data, analysing its quality and ensuring a smooth migration. It’s a hands-on job, with plenty of debugging and problem solving, but one without emphasis on DBA or technical support aspects.
Full training on Trapeze tools and products and transport data standards is provided.
We’re looking for someone who works with accuracy, and who may welcome the chance to evolve this function and provide feedback that keeps our products in touch with customer trends and new standards.
About you:
- You bring strong demonstrable experience in data analysis and data quality
- You are customer focused, and comfortable talking with third parties
- Process driven, you pay meticulous attention to detail and work with accuracy
- You can soon get to grips with new data standards and adapt accordingly
- You can contribute to new product version testing, and identify any implications for data
