Looking to step up to technical leadership, joining a software provider that's applying AI to large-scale network planning and optimisation?
We're seeking a lead engineer colleague to guide the talents of 5-7 software engineers as we work to solve interesting problems around network planning, visualisation and real-time optimisation.
Reporting to our VP of Engineering and - supported by him on team leadership, staff development and software delivery planning aspects while getting used to your new responsibilities - this is a role where you’ll still code for the majority of your time. There's plenty of R&D time and we have lots of fresh code to write.
We aren't expecting prior knowledge of our domain. What's more important is your ability to deliver high quality software by guiding your team members on good engineering practices, helping them fulfil their potential and ensuring we deliver reliably on rapidly evolving customer objectives and priorities.
