Rebound Electronics is hiring a product owner to help shape, evolve and manage our proprietary internal procurement software platform.

Our product is established within our global business and, working closely with our Lead Product Owner, you will help us scope out what comes next and shape our product strategy through stakeholder engagement.

 

We continue to experience significant  growth and we're now ready for someone to help us gather and manage business requirements, turning requests into deliverable projects, and work with the development team to effectively deliver the right functionality, first time.

 

We will help you get up to speed, and we'll offer as much autonomy and support as you need, helping you grow into your first role as a Product Owner.


What you'll be working on

  • Developing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Analysing emerging feature requests and gathering business requirements
  • Monitoring and evaluating project process
  • Supporting the Lead Product Owner in defining the product roadmap
  • Liaising with the development team and end users to deliver updates
  • Promoting Agile methodologies
  • Assisting with QA and testing 
  • Strengthening relationships with stakeholders across the globe

 

We're looking for

  • Experience as a business analyst, project manager or product owner in a business that develops its own software
  • Experience gathering user stories and defining requirements
  • Experience with business process mapping and SaaS based technologies and systems would be advantageous
  • Ability to prioritise features to ensure roadmap remains on track
  • Experience working with development teams (ideally off-shore)
  • Desire to work in an agile project team
  • A working knowledge of software/web application/platform product development
  • Excellent communication skills

 

 

Salary and benefits

Location: fully remote, within the UK only, with occasional visits to our office in Newbury Business Park.
