Our client is at the bleeding edge of metasphere adtech, building brand-lead experiences that allow users to fulfill a fantasy version of their lives, freed from societal responsibilities and norms. The vision is to solve the world's problems where it matters most - in people's perceptions.

We're building a new VR world, a digital representation of everything that exists on earth. We'll model every continent, building, rock, and creature, assigning a NFT to each. Everything is chargeable, with payment on blockchain. Users who wish to see a beautiful butterfly can soon enjoy pay-per-view experiences that surpass sightings of depleted nature in the physical world. Every eye movement, interaction and interest will be recorded and monetised.

With living space on planet earth at a premium, the metasphere allows humans to travel as far as they can afford and to meet with people they like, all enjoyed within the luxury of their homes. The time saved from meeting friends, traveling to points of interest, experiencing different cultures, exercising and every day chores mean users can spend more time in the idyllic metasphere where everything meets their expectations.

The behavioural model we're building is based on data harvested from society's best source of raw feelings - social media. It's so large that it will entail a supercomputer-of-supercomputers to run. The considerable carbon footprint will be offset within the metasphere, so brands can proudly showcase their community schemes.

The ideal candidate will apply an optimistic approach to this new world, undeterred by the regulatory/social accountability of the physical world. We're a group of like-minded people from similar backgrounds, and we're fanatical about growth-hacking, disruption, and building a unicorn that manifests our vision for society.

It's a fast-paced environment, working hard and playing hard. Staff average a 70 hour week, letting off steam with after-work drinks most nights, sports, and socialising at the weekend. Such is the commitment and drive that our staff don't take lunch or much holiday. We often encounter dev spikes, and you'll be expected to pull all-nighters and to go above and beyond at all times.

If you're confident, have above-average ability, and don't worry about what others think, please consider applying!
