Publisher Discovery is hiring a full stack JavaScript Developer to design and implement a range of browser application projects, working in React and Node.js.

Our technology identifies content producers and links them with advertisers. Customers manage their services via a single page application, written in React Redux along with Material UI, built with Webpack and running on Kubernetes. We're happy to train you on our chosen technologies.
Once up to speed, with guidance from our CTO, you will shape and own the development of this application - and the Node.js API that powers it. We're aiming for a slick automated console that customers will love. We welcome your desire to deliver an excellent user experience and you may define the application architecture as you see fit.
You may also contribute to projects across the platform and our operation, helping us find efficiencies and improvements. Optionally, you may contribute to the ML-enabled web scraping technology; we're currently working in Python.

We're looking for
- Someone able to write code that's efficient, robust, documented and well tested
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, accrued in a modern web application context
- Familiarity with a current JS framework, and agnostic about framework choice
- Readiness to adopt Node.js - plus React Redux, Sagas, Material UI or similar
- User empathy, web service writing skills, and solid SQL
- Ability to understand complex requirements, and to conform to best practices
- Someone considering junior or mid level full stack JavaScript jobs in Bath - or from Bristol - such as: JavaScript Developer | Node.js Developer | Full Stack Developer | React Developer | TypeScript Developer etc.

Location: central Bath - five mins walk from Bath Spa station. You may work remotely one-three days as your regular arrangement, provided you can get to the office readily.
