Technical Project Manager (central Bristol) TL182

Fresh8 Gaming is hiring for a Technical Project Manager to join its newly created delivery team.

This is about guiding the rollout of client services and custom software product enhancements, and coordinating the engineering activity across our core product and infrastructure roadmaps.

We're an ambitious AdTech business focussed on the sports betting industry, with a newly launched product and multiple new clients coming on board. Scaling fast, we pay utmost attention to delivery, resource usage and product quality.

Reporting to Karl our Ops Director who offers deep project management expertise, you'll be embedded amongst our software engineers overseeing projects in web development, with future projects encompassing big data, machine learning and our platform too.

We’re about collaboration and openness not command-and-control. We’re fast moving and we iterate and ship code rapidly. We follow TTD principles, newly adopting a Kanban delivery framework and we welcome your diligence and focus.

  • Guiding the rollout of new clients such as BetStars and William Hill
  • Helping implement the new project office framework
  • Coordinating build of new customer facing product features, and improving platform intelligence
  • Assessing and prioritising support requests
About you
  • Positive, hard-working and easy to get on with
  • Thrive on autonomy and not daunted by complex, technical projects, across multi-discipline distributed teams
  • Proven skills in coordinating concurrent projects around any of; Web, software, platform or data
  • Maintain a high level view of systems and you understand the developer mindset
  • Credibility and empathy with clients, engineers and senior stakeholders alike
  • Familiar with Kanban and/or SCRUM ways of working, and Agile principles
  • May bring, or like to develop, some skills in business analysis
  • Considering mid-level technical project management jobs in Bristol such as: Technical Project Manager | Web Project Manager| Software Project Manager | Software Delivery Manager | Client Services Manager | etc.
Salary and benefits

  • £40,000 - £45,000+ negotiable
