Your role:

This is a diverse mid-level role - as the escalation point for our group’s IT support teams - supporting the core infrastructure and services of our group of companies globally.

It’s roughly 50% network, server and services maintenance, 15% design work and 35% project work.

Reporting to our IT service director, you will often be integrating acquired businesses’ infrastructure; you will be monitoring, benchmarking and improving our systems; and there will be occasional international travel and some support calls from our VP’s too.

About you:
  • You hold CCNA and you have been managing firewalls and VPNs for five years
  • You are skilled in operating Cisco high availability, routing and switching technologies
  • You are self-motivated and can reliably estimate, plan and deliver on objectives
  • You are solutions oriented and have a strong customer focus
  • You enjoy hands-on work and bring strong multi-site networking abilities
  • You may also bring some Windows Server administration abilities
